One loan path. One platform.
What shipped for a private lender.
Walk what shipped.
Select a stage. Each one is on the platform now.
Intake
The life of the loan starts here and runs through servicing on the same platform. The borrower portal takes the intake, the document upload, the status, and the requirements that are still open.
Processing
Processing is organized around who owns the file, the conditions, and the exceptions. The processor agent reads and organizes borrower and loan documents, flags what is missing, and lines up the follow-up. An exception comes back to a person. The agent does not decide the loan.
Underwriting
Underwriting stays with the people who own the credit decision. The platform holds the conditions and the exception path, so the file does not have to be rebuilt by hand before someone can review it.
Pricing
Pricing sits beside the workflow, not inside the screen a borrower sees. The capital-markets agent brings guideline, pricing, and portfolio context together so a team can compare scenarios. A person reviews the recommendation, and the source stays attached to it.
Documents
Documents and the needs list travel with the loan. Connections already in use, including identity, assets, valuation, risk, payments, document generation, and signatures, stay connected. The same fact is not re-keyed into the next system.
The agents on this platform.
Processor agent
In use. It extracts and organizes information from borrower and loan documents, identifies what is missing, and supports conditions and tasks. Exceptions are escalated.
Capital-markets agent
In use. It brings guideline, pricing, portfolio, and supporting information together for a comparison, and keeps a trace from the source to the recommendation.
People still own the credit and capital decisions.
